FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building. Planetary gear transmission, mainly for servo motor system of this type comprises planetary gear carrier located in the housing, carrying a plurality of satellites, ring gear and sun gear and facilities for changing input and output speeds ratio, which can be actuated from outside of housing. Each ring gear and each carrier are equipped with external teeth. Controls comprises drive gear, which is made with possibility of movement between position of engagement only external teeth of ring gear and position of ring gear and carrier of planetary gear during rotation by means of engagement of outer teeth of annular gear and carrier of planetary gear. Also disclosed is a method of controlling a rotating drive member of a device and a servo motor system for controlling a drive member.
