FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of coating application. Described is a method of protection against corrosion and recovery of surfaces of heat exchanger, which consists in the fact that on surface of wall separating adjacent contours of heat exchanger, coating is applied, in which liquid or fluid substance is introduced into circuit at temperature below curing temperature of coating material, is introduced into adjacent contour separated by wall from contour with coating material, heat carrier, with temperature equal to or higher than hardening temperature of coating material, maintains temperature of heat carrier to at least formation of film of cured coating material on surface, separating the walls, removing the heat carrier from the circuit or reducing the temperature of the heat carrier below the hardening temperature of the coating material, then uncleaned coating material is removed from the circuit.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labour intensity of process of coating application for protection against corrosion and recovery of inner and outer surfaces of heat exchange tubes.
