FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry, more specifically to woven mesh. Disclosed is a plastic mesh having a plurality of chains running parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction. Plastic mesh comprises a plurality of adjacent groups (2) of chains, each of which is formed by at least two chains (2a, 2b). Groups (2) of chains are located at greater distance from each other or also from additional single chain (1), than chains (2a, 2b) in group (2) of chains. Between two adjacent groups (2) of chains or also between group (2) chains and single thread (1) there passes in a zigzag manner thread (3) connecting chains (1) or, respectively, groups (2) of chains.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of material and weight of plastic mesh without loss of its strength.
