SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic fire-prevention systems. Self-contained signaling-start-up fire-fighting system includes series-connected thermal starter, current source with pyrotechnic activator and time relay, which is connected to signal device and connected to actuator, wherein thermal actuator and current source with pyrotechnical activator are structurally combined and enclosed in housing, and receiver is equipped with two low-pass filters, two multipliers, phase shifter by 90°, narrow-band filter, carrier frequency meter and Doppler frequency meter, and to output of mixer in-series connected first filter, first multiplier and phase detector, second input of which through phase shifter by 90° is connected to heterodyne second output, and the output is connected to the heterodyne control input, a narrowband filter and a carrier frequency meter are connected to the output of the first multiplier, a heterodyne frequency ωg is selected equal to frequency (ωc±Ωd) of received signal [ωg=(ωwith±Ωd)] and said equality is maintained automatically.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity and reliability of receiving complex phase-shift keyed signals.
