SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of sealing annular space around a drill string during drilling a well, a device for sealing an annular space around a drill string during drilling a well. Method of annular space sealing around drill string during well drilling includes the following stages: providing packer presence in blown condition on drill string during well drilling; opening one or more windows for the packer by means of a ball-activated valve; and circulation of drilling fluid medium for inflation of said packer through said one or more windows to thereby create seal in annular space around drill string. Also, a device for implementing the given method is proposed.
