METHOD OF EXTRACTION OF SHALE OIL Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B43/24 E21B7/04 E21B47/06

Abstract RU 2697339 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction of shale oil includes directional drilling of well, testing of formation by sealing of formation perforation interval, influx call, recovery of formation pressure with monitoring of current pressures and determination of hydrodynamic parameters of formation, physical and pulse depression-repression effect on the borehole zone of the formation with determination of current values of hydraulic conductivity of the borehole zone of the formation, repeated testing of the formation for assessment of efficiency of impacts with extraction and removal of treatment products from the well. At that, into horizontally directed section of well shaft there installed are containers from packs of powder charges, connected to each other and control point by means of electric cable, through which current is supplied, which provides heating of containers till ignition and their subsequent smokeless flameless combustion. Container heating is carried out in series or according to preset scheme. To create tight zone, vertical section of well is shut off by packer-anchor assembly. To control pressure and temperature loggers are used connected to control point by means of electric cable. As per the consumption of the container burning stock, the process equipment and well treatment products are withdrawn and removed, depression and local inflow from the formation are created, after which hydrocarbon raw material is pumped out.

EFFECT: ensuring smooth changes of the capillary-porous structure of the formation and fluidity of the hydrocarbon material, use of one well, facilitation of the equipment delivery to the heating point, in terms of development of effective methods of development of oil shale deposits, with high output of liquid hydrocarbons.
