FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to methods of development of oil producing wells. Method of development of oil producing well includes stages of acid treatment of bottomhole zone of well, at which acid solution is pumped to bottomhole zone of well, waiting period of reaction time of acid solution with rock of bottomhole zone, on which the swab stopper is laid on tubing string at depth of 5–10 meters above artificial or current working face, lowering swab into well, taking fluid from well at least 1 volume of production string +1.5 of volume of working liquids pumped into formation, at that said fluid moves from perforation interval downwards via tube and then via shoe upward along tubing string and is removed both from formation and from well sump.

EFFECT: preservation of reservoir properties of formation, preservation of production capabilities of well, complete removal of acid and its reaction products after treatment of bottomhole formation zone, regardless of formation and interval intake capacity, reduction of time and energy costs for process of development of oil producing well, minimization of corrosion of downhole equipment.
