FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to drilling and blasting operations in rocks, and can be used in various industries, which use blasting operations in rock massifs, in particular, in open mining of minerals. Suspension well stem is made in the form of a cylinder composed of two halves connected to each other by means of a temporary flexible link with skewed butts towards each other. Each end of each end is straight, and the other end is bevelled. Along the vertical axis of the composite cylinder there is a through slot, the transverse dimension of which is equal to the sum of side gaps between the composite cylinder and walls of the well and thickness of flexible connection.
EFFECT: intensification of crushing process of rocks, reduction of specific consumption of explosive, improvement of quality of rock mass crushing, simplification of design, increase of efficiency and reduction of prime cost of blasting operations by well method by locking of detonation products in charging cavity till complete destruction of mass.
