SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of fluids from non-uniform disperse inclusions and can be used for purification of waste and process water, oil and other liquids, as well as sludge sediments and other materials containing disperse impurities in oil producing, oil refining, metallurgy, shipbuilding, textile, machine building, chemical, food and other industries and agricultural production, for removal of mechanical contaminants and gases from working fluids, for treatment of municipal waste water, as well as in continuous technologies of drying and washing in chemical, mining, metallurgical and food industries. Proposed plant comprises filter element arranged vertically in housing with possibility of forced rotation about vertical axis including perforated frame on surface of which porous filter material is fixed, wherein the housing comprises a branch pipe arranged radially relative to the vertical axis for feeding the system to be cleaned into the housing, a disperse inclusions discharge unit connected to the housing bottom part; adapter unit with cleaned system discharge branch pipe, cleaned system pressure head installed before cleaned system input branch pipe with possibility of head adjustment, purified system discharge means installed on purified system discharge branch pipe; means of forced rotation of filter element, with possibility of controlling rotation speed of filter element.

EFFECT: technical result: simplified design, improved manufacturability.
