SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the trading equipment and can be used for organization of year-round street milk trade, milk trade in premises, as well as to create a network of outlets selling milk with a single control center. Object of present invention is to increase functional capabilities of milk dispenser. This goal is solved by a network trading robot "milk-hogs", including a metal structure, which is a heated housing, with a front door for loading containers with an opening, a visual window for milk filling, a milk dispensing opening, information monitor, a video surveillance camera, a control button, a contact center button, an information monitor, a ventilation hole with a dust filter, a container opening, adjusting legs, a QR code reader and a payment system consisting of a card dispenser, an NFC card module, a bill feed device, a printer for printing receipts, equipped with a revolving guide, a storage box of the finished product, a milk pulse pump, CIP-washing washer ball-shaped nozzle, a milk hose quick-detachable connection assembly, a pipe, a pouring nozzle, a gear guide, a reversible electric motor, agitator, milk tank-thermosome, mixer motor-reducer, personal computer, 3G modem, programmable logistic controller, has milk filling scale, rails-guides for tank installation, bottle feeding screw, swirling system consisting of a column, a reversible electric motor with a torque, a reduction motor for lifting and lowering the container, a swirling head, bottle centering cone, accumulator for container with vibration motor, trade robot performs automated filling of 1, 2, 3 liters per one purchase into different bottles.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the functional capabilities of the apparatus, in which the containers are automatically dispensed, disinfected, filled with milk and dispensed to the consumer, wherein milk can be poured into different bottles up to three liters per one purchase; system also has a milk filling scale which informs the buyer on the availability of the goods, and the manufacturer information on the fact that it is necessary to deliver a new tank with milk.
