SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, veterinary science and parasitology and is intended for experimental sampling ovicidic chemical compounds. Multifunctional microchamber for experimental sampling ovicidic chemical compounds is a solid piece of conical shape with outer diameter D1 8 mm in upper part and total height H 7 mm, base is an expansion of lower part of article with diameter D1 8 mm and height h 1 mm, internal working surface of microchamber in upper part has diameter d1 7 mm, and in lower part d2 3.2 mm, wall thickness S 0.5 mm, their inclination relative to base is 75°, in the base there is a radius chamfer R 2 mm and a catching membrane (track membrane) (2) with diameter d3 4.2 mm, which is a thin polymer film. All stages of the experimental sampling method ovicidic chemical compounds are carried out in one translucent multifunctional microchamber. Said method involves multiple eggs washing from medium, helminth eggs action by chemical agent, egg washing from analysed preparation, neutralization of the chemical compound, egg washing from the neutraliser, incubation of eggs in a thermostat, treatment of eggs with a fluochrome solution, as well as examination of eggs in an optical and luminescent microscope.

EFFECT: use of group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency of tests and selection ovicidic chemical compounds, increase reliability of determination results, as well as reduce labour input of the method implementation process.
