METHOD OF MASKING ELECTROMAGNETIC CHANNEL OF SPEECH INFORMATION LEAKAGE IN DIGITAL RADIO LINES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H04K3/00

Abstract RU 2699826 C1

FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of artificial interference for masking electromagnetic channels of leakage of speech information. Process of generation, filtration, setting of level and application of camouflaging noise is programmed in digital form in functional unit of digital processing (signal processor or FPLD) of program-defined transmitter. Bandwidth of the masking noise signal coincides with the width of the band of the radiated useful signal. Level of the masking noise signal is selected based on the criterion of not increasing the error probability of the received signal. Reduction of the signal-to-noise ratio due to the addition of the masking interference signal practically does not increase the probability of the error of the received signal; however, for products of direct propagation, the signal-to-noise ratio changes more substantially and unauthorized reception of speech information is considerably hindered.

EFFECT: simultaneous provision of masking of electromagnetic channel of leakage of speech information and fulfillment of requirements to electromagnetic compatibility of radio-electronic devices in digital radio lines of communication at specified energy characteristics of radio transmission system and probability of erroneous reception.
