FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to apparatus for rotary movement and method of its operation. Apparatus (10) comprises shaft (18), which sets first axis (30) of rotation and is made with possibility of rotation around it, spindle (20), which sets second axis (32) of rotation, the first piston element (22) provided on shaft (28). Element (22) passes from spindle (20) to shaft (18) distal end. Shaft (18) passes through spindle (20). Shaft (18), spindle (20) and element (22) are fixed relative to each other. Rotor (16) is installed with support on spindle (20). Rotor (26) comprises first chamber (34a). Element (22) passes through chamber (34a). Rotor (16) and spindle (20) are made with possibility of rotation with shaft (18) around axis (30). Rotor (16) is made with possibility of rotation relative to spindle (20) around axis (32) to provide for possibility of relative rotary motion between rotor (16) and element (22) at rotation of rotor (16) around axis (30).
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at creation of apparatus, which does not have need for conversion by means of translational motion to rotation.
