FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission hydraulic steering and lubrication system. Proposed transmission hydraulic steering and lubrication system consists of evacuation pump of left onboard gearbox, evacuation pump of right onboard gearbox, quadrant evacuation pump, filter of pumping line, oil cooler, oil tank, intake filter, discharge pump, hydraulic cyclone, valve device, which includes a lubricant slide, high-pressure valve, drain valve, electric remote pressure manometer, distributing valve, oil pumping pump and connecting pipelines. In order to control the technical state of transmission hydraulic steering and lubrication system, nine pressure sensors are additionally installed, an oil level sensor, a temperature sensor, wherein all of them are connected to the information receiving and processing unit, which has an information display.
EFFECT: reduced time required for monitoring of technical state, implementation of algorithm for defect search, prediction of technical state of hydraulic control system and lubrication of transmission.
