FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of sheet workpieces with flexible rolling coatings in rollers and can be used for production of aircraft parts from high-strength hard-deforming materials. Sequentially along the transitions there is a flexure in the rollers of the shelves relative to the profile wall and settling of the shelves in the last transition at perpendicular location of the profile wall relative to the profiling level. At the first pass, the sheet workpiece is placed parallel to the profiling level before entering the rollers, and at each subsequent transition the angle between the profile wall and the profiling level is changed to 90° in the penultimate transition. At that, the shelves are hemmed in radii, the values of which are reduced with each subsequent transition.

EFFECT: high quality of the thin-walled z-like sections from high-strength materials with coatings.
