FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mortar. Two-component mortar for chemical fastening of structural elements in drilled holes made in mineral base, with resin component (A) containing, as curable ingredient, at least one radically curable resin, and a curing agent (B) containing a hardener for said radically curable resin component (A), wherein said resin is obtained by reacting at least a bifunctional component containing two or more reactive groups (RG-A), with a silane intermediate and an ethylenically unsaturated compound, said silane intermediate and said ethylenically unsaturated compound respectively contain active functional groups (AG), reacting with said reactive groups (RG-A) to form a covalent bond, said silane intermediate being a product of reacting a cyclic organic compound with a functionalised silane compound containing at least one reactive group (RG-B), said cyclic organic compound contains said active functional group (AG) or its precursor and a reactive group (RG-C) which reacts with said reactive group (RG-B) of said functionalised silane compound to form said silane intermediate, and said silane intermediate is used in resin component (A) in amount of at least about 2 wt. % in terms of organic ingredients of resin component (A). Use of the two-component mortar according to one of cl. 1–23 as a means for chemical fastening of structural elements, for example, anchor threaded rods, steel fixtures, threaded bushings and bolts, in drilled holes made in mineral base. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.
EFFECT: technical result is high adhesion in humid conditions and stability of mechanical properties during aging.
