FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrometallurgy of noble metals and can be used for extraction of gold and accompanying industrially valuable metals from refractory carbonaceous ores by heap and percolation leaching. Proposed method consists in crushing ore, agglomeration and leaching gold by irrigation with solution. In order to suppress natural sorption activity of ores, an anionic surfactant – sodium dodecyl sulphate – is added to the leaching cyanide-containing solution.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of processing method of refractory carbonaceous ores due to suppression of their natural sorption activity.
