FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to diesel fuel feed systems. Sprayer needle of electrically driven injector includes sprayer needle (1), control piston (2), rod (3) and spring stop made in the form of separate part – bar (4). Needle, stock and control piston are arranged in series and coaxially in such a way that they touch each other with support ends thus forming a kinematically and dynamically closed chain of parts. At end (11) of sprayer needle and end (21) of control piston in contact with rod, shanks (12 and 22) are made. At both ends of the rod there are central holes (31 and 32). Combination of sizes of shanks and holes of connection with gaps. Rod has stepped structure made with different diameters. In the proposed structure, the number of sections of different diameters from 3 to 7 is preferable. Bar is installed on sprayer needle freely along diameter with thrust against end face. Sprayer needle and control piston are installed in rod until it stops. After installation of sprayer needle and control piston outer edge joint joints is welded by laser welding with overlapping points of not less than 90 %.
EFFECT: higher reliability of sprayer needle connection of electrically controlled injector.
