ULTRA-SUPERCRITICAL WORKING AGENT GENERATION MODULE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B43/24 F22B1/22

Abstract RU 2701008 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ultra-supercritical working agent generation module, which is supplied to oil-containing formations to increase their output. Module comprises a hollow housing with a nozzle for discharging combustion products of the gaseous fuel mixture from the housing cavity, a heat exchanger installed in the housing, the inlet of which can be connected to the water supply line, and outlet is connection with product pipeline for delivery of obtained working agent to productive formation of well, as well as a burner installed in the body, which can be connected to the line for supplying the gaseous fuel mixture. Body volume is divided into two interconnected cavities by at least two perforated holes with protective reflecting screens-partitions, installed in housing with formation of space between them so that their holes are offset relative to each other, in one of cavities of housing there is a burner device, and in another – heat exchanger, burner device is made in form of unit of infrared burners, each of which includes highly porous cellular material, ignition device and perforated pipe connected to dispensing fuel manifold, having possibility of connection with supply line of gaseous fuel mixture, and heat exchanger is made in form of heat exchange tubes, which inlet is able to connect to water supply line, and outlet is with product pipeline for delivery of obtained working agent to productive formation of well, wherein the housing cavity in which the heat exchanger is located is filled with highly porous cellular material, and the housing branch pipe can be connected to the fuel combustion products discharge channel from the heat exchanger housing cavity.

EFFECT: design of a high-efficiency ultra-supercritical working agent generation module.
