SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials from cellular low-module rubber (neoprene), doubled from one and/or both sides by knitted fabric and widely used in diving, sport, medicine. Rubber mixture based on polychloroprene rubber contains magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, acentonyl H, stearic acid, diphenyl guanidine, thiuram D, low-molecular polyethylene, technical carbon, industrial oil, factice, a blowing agent – porofer ADS, a promoter – carbamide.

EFFECT: invention improves physical and mechanical properties, resistance to oil products, effects of mold fungi, resistance to sea water, increases heat-shielding properties, material does not support burning.
