FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, is used for formation in rocks of oriented cracks of the required sizes, increasing efficiency of action on rock massif for the purpose, for example, creation of conditions facilitating collapse of roof into mined space or increasing gas inflow to wells passed in coal formations for their degassing. Device includes a hollow cylindrical body in the form of a glass, a bushing installed with possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the glass. It is equipped with a second glass and two first and second collets, on the ends of lobes of each of which there are stab wedges on the outer side. First collet is attached to the bottom of the above first glass, and the second collet is attached to the second glass from the side opposite to its bottom. In the bottom of the first glass there is a central hole in which the above bushing with the stepped annular ledge contacting with the internal surface of the first glass is inserted. Spring is put on the bushing between its annular ledge and the bottom of the first glass. At the end of the bushing leaving the first sleeve there are through radial holes and internal stepped expansion, in which there is a washer from elastic material and thread is cut, where the screw with the head is screwed, on which the tube is fixed. Tube is fitted with a rod attached to the center of the bottom of the second glass with the possibility of longitudinal displacement relative to the said bushing together with the second glass. First and second resilient bushings are fitted on first and second glass and collets attached thereto. One end of the first elastic bushing is fixed on outer surface of the first glass, and one end of the second elastic bushing is fixed on outer surface of the second sleeve. Binder elements are attached to inner sides of petals of the first collet with possibility of simultaneous contact with inner sides of petals of the second collet and said screw head. Tube for working fluid feed is screwed into first glass. Said collets are made so that to enable contact of stabbing wedges installed on ends of first collet lugs with stab wedges installed on ends of lugs of the second collet.
EFFECT: formation of multiple cracks at single supply of the device to the well, reduction of time for performance of each mine rock rupture, use of the well after creation of cracks in its walls without additional operations.
