FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol industry. Strong alcoholic beverage as initial ingredients for its production contains alcohol from sap, 60% vol. and sap. Method involves concentration of the sap, addition of yeast to the concentrate, fermentation, racking, after racking distillation is carried out to obtain alcohol, filtration and dilution with sap.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a beverage with a mild taste and having a fruity aftertaste with natural sugar content, which allows to reduce its consumption, as well as reduce labor intensity and production costs.
