SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely phthisiourology, and can be used for treating urogenital tuberculosis. That is ensured by injecting isoniaside 600 mg and PASK 8,000 mg intravenously drop-by-drop twice a week; rifampicin 600 mg is administered rectally in the therapeutic cocktail: 0.5 % novocaine – 20 ml + Dimexid 2 ml + 2 ml halidor + pyridoxine 2 ml daily. Additionally, an immunoreparator therapy is carried out with sodium deoxyribonucleate (Derinat), which is administered intramuscularly in two weeks after the beginning of the anti-tuberculosis therapy in dose of 75 mg every 48 hours, 15 injections per course.

EFFECT: method enables to overcome the limit of the effectiveness of anti-tuberculosis polychemotherapy, quickly eliminates dysuria and relieves pain while improving the patient's quality of life.
