FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipelines connections made from composite materials and can be used for connection of pipes used in water supply systems, in chemical and other industries, for transportation of both water and chemically aggressive media. In connection of pipelines from composite material, containing flanging pipes fixed on end sections of connected pipelines, between which there is a connecting insert, between which and flanging there are sealing rings, a clamping device for tightening the connection of pipelines, connecting insert is made in form of two connecting rings, each of which has parallel flanged ends and interacting with ends of end sections of connected pipelines and flanging through sealing element central part, equipped from below parallel to axis of connected pipelines by internal ledge installed along end face with a gap relative to internal projection of the other ring, inner surface of which is made flush with inner surface of connected pipelines, and on top and on opposite side of central part is parallel to axis of connected pipelines by outer ledge enveloping flanging from outside, wherein the clamping device is made in the form of connecting rings engaging the internal ledges and two detachable interconnected two semi-rings having a protrusion in the cross-section with an inner cavity, in which an additional annular sealing element is installed, covering from inside upper and side walls of the cavity, as well as partially sections of internal projections, and the side walls of the ledge of the semi-rings are installed in annular slots with which external projections of the connecting rings are provided from outside, the connecting rings, flanging and semi-rings of the clamping device are made metal.
EFFECT: improving reliability of tight connection of pipelines from composite material and reducing its overall dimensions.
