FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: straw separator of combine harvester comprises a screw conveyor located along the axis of a combine harvester, wherein the screw conveyor is made in the form of tubular rings connected by longitudinal planks and forming a cylindrical frame, on the outer side of which there is a mesh and a screw with incremental pitch, at that, on the auger ribs rods are fixed, and inside the screw conveyor there is a drive shaft made in the form of a grain screw, equipped with a casing, fixed with a flange shaft, note here that grain screw and screw turns with step pitch are made in opposite directions while bottom part of straw separator of combine harvester is equipped with subarray.
EFFECT: invention improves grain separation, reduces grain losses and increases efficiency of the straw separator.
