FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynecology, namely to differentiated correction of vaginal biocoatosis in cervical cervicovaginal infections in women in the first trimester of pregnancy. That is ensured by a two-stage therapy with microscopic examination of the separated vagina for assessing the state of lactoflora following an antimicrobial therapy, according to the results of which, when imaging the Gram "+" of monomorphic or polymorphous sticks in amount of 10–40, a preparation containing lactic acid and glycogen is used in the visual field, that, creating favorable conditions of a vaginal medium, stimulates growth of own pool of lactobacilli by 1 tube intravaginally once day – 7 days, and if the amount of lactoflora is less than 10 Gram of "+" monomorphic or polymorphic rods in the field of view, a probiotic preparation for its subsidy is used: a lyophilized culture of lactobacilli L. casei rhamnosus Doderleini 1 capsule 2 times day for 7 days.
EFFECT: invention provides selection of the optimal preparation for vaginal biocoenosis recovery and prevention of repeated episodes of cervicovaginal infections in pregnant women.
