FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a powder mixture for construction parts intended for use in internal premises, a method of producing a powdered mixture, a composite material, as well as a method of producing composite material. Powder mixture contains (1) nitrile rubber, which contains repeating units of at least one α,β-unsaturated nitrile-monomer and at least one conjugated diene-monomer, and (2) one or more anti-adhesives. Nitrile rubber has an emission coefficient E that is less than or equal to 0.20 mg/(kg * Mooney unit). Emission factor is calculated using the following formula (I): E = ([volatile components] / [Mooney viscosity]) × ([nitrile content] / 100) (I), in which [volatile components] denotes concentration of volatile components in nitrile rubber in mg/kg, determined according to recommendation VDA 278 (version 09.2002) by thermal desorption gas chromatography (TDS-GC/MS) in range of 28.4 to 34.0 minutes, [Mooney viscosity] denotes, as per ASTM D 1646 standard, the kunril rubber viscosity according to Mooney ML 1 + 4 at 100 °C in Mooney units, and [nitrile content] denotes content of α, β-unsaturated nitrile in nitrile rubber specified without dimension, which is determined in wt%, according to DIN 53 625 Kjeldahl standard. Release agent is selected from a group comprising silicic acid, calcium carbonate, silicate, polyvinyl chloride and salts of fatty acids. Powder mixture has average diameter Da particles in range from 0.1 to 2 mm. Method of producing the powdered mixture involves contacting nitrile rubber with one or more anti-adhesives. Composite material contains at least one said powdered mixture (A) and one or more thermoplastic polymers (B). Method of producing the composite material consists in mixing components (A) and (B) with each other.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a powdered mixture with low emission indices.
