FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for double U-shaped flanging on round workpieces. Proposed device comprises casing, face plate, clamp and expanding head composed of cylinder with collar, lower part of which is made in the form of truncated cone, radial movement drive includes carriage with rollers, which can be moved in longitudinal grooves of casing. Besides, there is an axle with a support roller installed on the body.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities of device due to possibility of double U-shaped flanging.
