FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in devices for filament winding on mandrels, coils, etc. Wire stretching metering unit is introduced in electric drive of winding machine. Insertion of wire tension metering unit into electric drive of machine allows the control system of winding machine to reduce dynamic loads on working section of wire, which leads to reduction of reject. According to test operation, it was possible to reduce the reject rate from 30 to 15 %.
EFFECT: eliminating the disadvantage of not taking into account tension of the wire during winding and improving reliability of the device in operation.
