SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, to plant growing sector. According to the first version, the composition for pre-sowing treatment of seeds includes an aqueous base enriched with gaseous oxygen, wherein the natural mineralized water with pH 6.5–8.5, with total mineralization of 1,420–1,730 mg/l and composition of: chlorides 600–890 mg/l; sulphates 100–150 mg/l; calcium 250–350 mg/l; magnesium 100–140 mg/l; sodium + potassium 50–70 mg/l; water – balance up to 1 l, treated by enrichment with gaseous oxygen to enrichment degree of 20–39 mg/l by passing it at rate of 1–3 m/s through spiral flow channel of device, made in the gap between the reservoir pipe and the oxygen supply tube coaxially installed in it, equipped from the outside with filtering fabric and having radial through holes (NMWO2). According to the second version, a composition for presowing treatment of seeds contains NMWO2 and additionally mineral fertilizer "Turbot Universal Goodness", macro- and microelement composition of which is as follows: Nitrous (N) – 13 %; Phosphorus (P) – 10 %; Potassium (K) – 20 %; Magnesium (Mg) – 2 %; Sodium humate – 2 %; Manganese (Mn) – 0.04 %; Boron (B) – 0.03 %; Copper (Cu) – 0.02 %; Zinc (Zn) – 0.02 %; Molybdenum (Mo) – 0.005 %.

EFFECT: proposed compositions for pre-sowing treatment of seeds provide higher germination capacity of seeds and enhanced growth of plants due to high content of oxygen in them, while simultaneously enriching with natural mineral additives.
