FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, particularly to a fodder additive for lambs. Additive contains "Biobactone" and "Bifidumbacterin" dissolved in water at temperature 37 °C, mineral additive including calcium gluconate and activated carbon, taken in ratio 2:1, and a vegetable additive containing chicory, rosehips, plantain, chamomile, fodder potato, dandelion roots, which are preliminarily mixed in mixer for 20 minutes at ratio of 2:2:2:2:2:0.5 respectively. All the initial components are taken at the specified ratio.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to preserve the livestock of young animals, to increase the weight gain of animals.
