To achieve technical result, disclosed is a random event prediction device which comprises control unit 1, a system model unit 2, a system state simulator unit 3, a fault signal generation unit 4, registration unit 5, model 6 data verification unit, model 7 data correction unit, N ≥ 2 identical controllers of model element 8 operating time 81–8N , main controller of operating time 9, unit of analysis of catastrophes 10 and unit for setting threshold values of number of failures 11.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of controlled device capable to increase reliability of simulation and forecast of random events in conditions of catastrophic conditions occurrence of number of failures of production and telecommunication system at smooth changes of parameters of control actions or external factors, as well as timely notify administrator, based on obtained identification and verification data.
