FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for surface plastic deformation. Device contains an electric motor, a reducer connected to the shaft and rotating in conical bearings; a disc is mounted at the shaft end and a deforming tool in the form of a ball is connected to it, a traction rod adjusted along its length. Ball tips are fixed on ends of the traction rod. One end of the traction rod rests against one of the spherical recesses on the end surface of the disc, and the other one is fixed in the spherical bearing.
EFFECT: as a result, stress intensity in deformation region increases.
