FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to public health services and may be used for preventive-therapeutic treatment of oral cavity. Preventive-therapeutic coating for agents used in oral treatment contains silver ions. To obtain a coating, a composition is used which contains the following components, wt%: mineral osmous iridium in moomiyo (1:1,000), dispersed to size of not more than 0.1 mm 3÷5, copper hydrophosphate, CP 1÷3, iron phosphate (II), disubstituted, CP 1÷3, potassium phosphate, monosubstituted, CP 1÷3, 2-chloroethanesulphonic acid sodium salt, monohydrate, CP 5÷15, silver nitric acid (AgNO3) or ammonium (NH4Ag) 10÷20, water – balance. When making the composition, it is activated by pulsed current of ultrahigh frequencies from 30 MHz to 100 GHz for 30 minutes at temperature 40+5 °C. Forming a coating from said composition on the working surface of the agents used in treating the oral cavity, galvanically with silver anode and cathode pulse current of said parameters for 40 minutes at temperature 30±5 °C.
EFFECT: oral cavity treatment by means (toothbrush, toothpick, linen thread and tampon), having said coating, enables to provide prevention and treatment in inflammatory processes passing in oral cavity, by disinfection with saturation of humoral-fluid medium of oral cavity with components possessing bactericidal properties.
