FIELD: photometric analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of photometric analysis of a substance and spectrophotometric measurements in a spectrophotometric detector. In the method, the spectrophotometric flow-cell comprises a housing with a measuring flow channel, supply channels for liquid and optical windows for optical radiation, as well as transient cavities around the measuring flow channel and the supply channels, which are connected to each other.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the volume of liquid necessary for washing the spectrophotometric liquid flow cell.
