FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange technology and can be used to create heat exchangers. Heat exchanging device housing consists of inlet, central and outlet parts. Central part is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with two bottoms. Inlet and outlet parts are made of several hollow cylindrical shell rings with one bottom, with cross section in form of letter C, attached to each other to form inner inlet and outlet cavities so that said cavities are formed by housing and bottom of previous and bottom of next shell rings. Number of shell rings of inlet part corresponds to number of shell rings of outlet part, installed in series on both sides of central part of housing with formation of monotonously alternating input cavities of first and second flows, and monotonously alternating output cavities of first and second flows, wherein axial size of said cavities uniformly decreases from periphery to central part of heat exchanger. Heat exchange element is made in the form of several coaxially installed pipes of different diameter and different length, at that pipes of larger diameter and shorter length make peripheral part of heat exchange element while smaller-diameter and longer-length tubes make its central part.
