SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply and sewerage and can be used in construction of rain water supply mainly on built-up territories. Method of constructing systems for combined drainage of rain and drainage waters involves excavating a trench, laying pipe filters into it, mounting their joints and backfilling the trench, wherein the lower part of the perforation of the pipes is covered by the colmatant. Coating and plugging of tube perforation by pipe mills is carried out prior to laying pipe filters in trench within lower half of pipe filters from their outer surface until the bulging agent begins to bulge on inner surface of pipe filters. Clay mat is represented by local clay in plastic paste-like consistency.

EFFECT: simplification and cheapening of the method, as well as improved quality of the prepared pipeline for removal of rain and drainage water.
