FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the oil and other liquids production equipment and, in particular, to the well production lifting technique. Inventions can be used for oil production from wells, mainly heavy oil with high density and viscosity, as well as with increased content of natural impurities – water, sand, paraffin in high pressure conditions, gas factor and low temperatures. According to the method, the continuous belt under its own weight and weight of the weighting agent, which is attached to it, is lowered into the well. Continuous belt is lowered to level slightly below productive level, boundary of separation of liquid and gaseous media and by means of drive it is moved along closed trajectory defined by mechanisms of drive and weight of belt itself. At the upper point of the trajectory, a continuous belt of adhered oil is released. At that, continuous belt is moved by means of drive wheel having friction coating, which promotes increase of traction force transmitted to belt. Controlled spring movable brackets press belt in process of movement to two other freely rotating shafts, active mixer of oil – product, mix, which is in direct contact with moving tape, is attached to weighting agent by stimulation unit, promoting its effective adhesion to continuous tape. Optimum oil production modes are set as a result of calculation of parameters of rotation speed of engine shaft and pressing force of continuous belt to rotating pulley of drive shaft on the basis of information received from sensors of speed and tension of continuous belt, temperature at oil outlet from well, capacity of installation and other pressure sensors inside housing and in discharge pipeline, sensors of engine parameters – current, rpm, oil values determined by sampled samples, which are located in different units of the plant. Prevention of band entangling in the transfer channel is performed by means of temporary reversal of belt motion by means of engines by commands from sensors of tension difference of ascending and descending parts of tape. In the oil collection tank the temperature is maintained, which ensures ease of its movement in the reservoir – tank truck or pipelines for further transportation.

EFFECT: increasing oil production efficiency under conditions of its composition and viscosity change, as well as high gas factor.
