FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to swine breeding, and can be used both at large pig farms and complexes, and in private subsidiary and farming enterprises, pig-breeding farms. Robotic device for feeding suckling piglets comprises a frame with a side and front panels, a container for liquid fodder, connected by the stern conduits to the nipples, distributor made in the form of a hollow tube, on one side of the side surface of which there is a nozzle connected by a feed line to a container for liquid feed, and on the opposite side – n nozzles connected by the feed lines with nipples. Panels are made in the form of semi-cylinders, one of panels is rigidly fixed on frame, and second is fixed on hinges and fixed by clamping locks relative to frame. Separators of pigs arranged perpendicular to lower frame base are rigidly fixed in lower part of panels. Along center of arc between two adjacent dividers of piglets at height of 0.1 m from lower frame base there is a hole made with possibility of its being closed by shutoff valve installed on shaft of servo drive. On the frame cover on its inner side three tanks are rigidly fixed: the first one – for the dry feed mixture, at the output of which the screw is installed and the outlet hole of which is connected to the weighing device, outlet of the latter by pipeline is connected to inlet of container for preparation of liquid fodder, second – for water for preparation of liquid fodder, outlet of which through valve is connected to inlet of water dispenser by pipeline, outlet of the latter through the valve is connected by pipeline to the inlet of the container for the liquid fodder preparation, the third one – for water for flushing the system, in which the water heater is installed, outlet port of which is connected through a valve via a pipeline through a pressure boost pump to a manifold connected by pipelines to nozzles arranged both in a tank for preparing a liquid feed, and a distributor and in nipples. Outlet of vessel for preparation of liquid feed, equipped with heater, through valve via feed line through distributor, equipped with valves, is connected with nipples, which are installed with possibility of movement in horizontal plane.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify technological maintenance of the device and reduces risk of diseases of gastrointestinal tract of piglets.
