SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filtering bag for a vacuum cleaner and use of a non-woven material for filtering bags for a vacuum cleaner. Filtering bag for the vacuum cleaner comprises a wall enveloping the inner part from air-permeable material, and also an inlet hole made in the wall. Air-permeable material contains at least one layer of non-woven material containing pulverized and/or fibrous recycled material from wastes of textile production, in particular, cotton articles, and having density from 0.005 g/cm³ up to 0.03 g/cm³, in particular from 0.007 g/cm³ up to 0.02 g/cm³.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust capture and service life of filtering bags from recycled materials.
