FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: blade of axial turbomachine comprises blade made radially relative to flow of turbomachine, cavity in blade vane material, reinforcing grid in cavity and closed-cellular foam material, contacting with reinforcing grid and closing cavity for isolation of cavity from environment around blade. Reinforcing grate is made of rods arranged in at least three directions. Said blade comprises radial end with retainer. Cavity has a hole in the radial end, and the fixing part contains two opposite fixing ledges in axial direction. Hole is filled with closed-cellular foam material and is located in axial direction between two fixing ledges. One of two fixing projections has chamber connected with cavity. Reinforcing grate extends through the chamber, wherein chamber is filled with closed-cellular foam material. When making said blade of axial turbomachine, blade is made with cavity. Simultaneously with blade vane inside cavity three-dimensional grid is formed. Foam cavity is filled with foam material to fill free space therein. Another invention of the group relates to a turbomachine comprising said blade made by said method.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to protect the cavity of the blade from external action, as well as reduce the weight of the blade.
