SUBSTANCE: intermediate film for multilayer glass according to the present invention has a MD direction and a TD direction, and a dimension in the MD direction of the intermediate film after storage is 1.05X or more when the intermediate film with size X in the MD direction is heated for 10 minutes at 110 °C, heated intermediate film is stretched so that dimension in MD direction is 1.2X, intermediate film in stretched state is fixed by means of retainer, fixed intermediate film is held for 1 minute in water at 0 °C, intermediate film is extracted from water at 0 °C, the retainer is removed from the intermediate film, the intermediate film, from which the retainer is removed, is held for 10 hours at temperature of 23 °C and relative humidity of 30 %, and intermediate film after storage is measured to determine size in MD direction.

EFFECT: invention relates to an intermediate film for multilayer glass, by means of which the thickness of the multilayer glass sheet can be controlled with high accuracy.
