SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotating parachutes. Rotating parachute comprises central part and blades with slings, blades for laying blades on central part, belt corrugation central part, corrugation belt cutter, system for connection of blade to central part by means of corrugation belt fixed on lower edge of central part in corrugated state. Webs for laying are made with possibility of their fixing with corrugation belt both on outer and inner sides of lower edge of central part dome.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the safety and reliability of the parachute.
