SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital data processing equipment using programmable specialized computing devices and can be used in development of specialized digital data processing computing devices onboard combat aircraft. Disclosed is a computing unit, which comprises a housing with a backplane in it, at least one computation module, an interface module, a switching module and a power module are connected to the backplane and interconnected by a service bus.

EFFECT: technical result, for achievement of which the developed device is designed, consists in creation of calculator of on-board aircraft equipment with improvement of its reliability and simplification of application technology.
