FIELD: electrical engineering; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to standby power-containing current sources and can be used in creation of ampoule chemical current sources used in electromechanical fuses of artillery ammunition. Proposed ampoule chemical source of current for artillery ammunition consists of inner cylindrical body with through holes in walls of lower part of this body, glass ampoule with electrolyte installed inside upper part of this housing coaxially with its axis with a gap between walls of glass ampoule and this body, an firing mechanism mounted in lower bottom part of inner housing by a tip towards the bottom of glass ampoule, a spring installed in the inner housing between the glass ampoule and the firing mechanism, an outer housing tightly closing the inner housing in the area with holes, electrodes installed in the space between the inner and outer housings in the area of the inner housing holes, and contacts installed in lower part of external housing and connected to electrodes, and on inner surface of inner housing there are grooves filled with solid lubricant to reduce friction with melting point of lubricant of more than 50 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable operation in a wide range of overloads, rotation speeds and temperatures and its safe use.
