SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in simulating and investigating processes of operation of mobile information systems for mass servicing (MI SMS) taking into account composition, modes and dynamics of their use during operation. Device for simulating functioning processes of mobile information systems of mass service during operation comprises interconnected in a certain sequence units of transportation of service device, unit for preparation of service device for autonomous inspections, unit for performing self-contained checks of service device, generators of readiness intervals, command generator, AND and OR elements and delays, triggers, generators of random time intervals, generators of random pulses, generator of random sequence of pulses, generator of random numbers, generators of random pulses, differentiating elements, counter of pulses and generator of single pulses.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of simulation accuracy of functioning processes MI SMS during operation.
