FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of tightness of equipment of potentially hazardous industrial facilities and, in particular, can be used for detection, localization and determination of leakage value of heat carrier from pipelines of the first circuit of water-and-water power reactors (WWPR). System of acoustic monitoring of pipeline of nuclear power plant (NPP) includes acoustic sensors, switching boxes connected to acoustic sensors, software and hardware complex, which includes a computing device, amplifying-converting modules and a power supply, analogue communication lines connecting switching boxes with a software and hardware system. Amplification-converting modules are combined into signal processing unit. Outputs of switching boxes are connected to input of signal processing unit by means of analogue communication lines passing through sealed passage of sealed shell of reactor plant of NPP. Output of the signal processing unit is connected to the input of the computing device through a digital communication line, and the power supply is connected to the signal processing unit through a power line.

EFFECT: invention widens the dynamic range of controlled leaks towards control of small leaks.
