METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CHRONIC BACTERIAL PROSTATITIS COMBINED WITH PROSTATE ADENOMA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/456 A61N2/00 A61N5/06 A61H23/00

Abstract RU 2709681 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for complex treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis combined with prostate adenoma. Initially, an antibacterial anti-inflammatory therapy is performed to the acute inflammatory process stagnation. In the phase of remitting accompanied by the ongoing drug therapy, daily chronometry is performed, which determines the time of maximum peak (acrophase) of psychoemotional and physiological activity (PPA) of the patient and the minimum value (batiphase) on the graph of the obtained chronogram. Acrophases are simultaneously exposed rectally through the rectal wall to a projection of the prostate gland at temperature of 38–42 °C, infrared radiation with wave length of 930–950 nm with pulse repetition frequency from 1 to 99 Hz with average radiation intensity of 1.05 W/cm2, low-frequency vibration with frequency from 2 to 170 Hz with maximum amplitude of not more than 2 mm and constant or low-frequency variable magnetic field with intensity of 10±3 mTs, frequency from 1 to 99 Hz, value of magnetic induction up to 3 mTc. Exposure time is selected within 7 to 15 minutes with the number of procedures from 10 to 14. At patient's batiphase chronorhythm is 0 % the patient is prescribed 14 procedures for 15 minutes. At patient's batiphase chronorhythm of 0 to 25 % the patient is prescribed 12 procedures for 12 minutes. At patient's batiphase chronorhythm is greater than 25 %, 10 procedures are prescribed for 7 minutes. Procedures are performed with a background of continuing daily drug therapy performed until obtaining normal clinical and laboratory findings and improving blood flow in the prostate vessels by ultrasound Doppler sonography and shifting the chronogram schedule to the first zone of psychoemotional and physiological activity.

EFFECT: method provides treating chronic bacterial prostatitis by taking into account the chronometry data.
