FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to horticulture. In the method, 15 cm-long herb cuttings are combined into bundles of 20 pcs and kept in the light. Periodically, cuttings are exposed to artificial fog within 5–25 minutes and water drops to 5 mcm depending on weather conditions. Two weeks later cuttings are planted in pre-disinfected substratum of rice husk and river washed coarse-grained sand in container cassettes at ratio of 3:1. Before planting, the herb cuttings are cut for 2–3 cm, treated with mixture of Polyram and Chorus by 0.2 % of each of them for 12 minutes. Rhizogenesis stimulant for acceleration of root formation is represented by Cornesil in concentration 40 mg/l with exposure for 16 hours at temperature 18–20 °C.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase qualitative and quantitative indices of ingrained grafts.
