SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Proposed device comprises frame, tank with working fluid solution, working fluid supply system via equalizing reservoir and sprayers. On the frame the height-adjustable collector with replaceable feeders for working fluid supply is installed. Under the manifold there is a jet-forming device in the form of a housing with an air-distributing cavity, nozzles for air supply from the compressor unit with a reducer, a replaceable gasket with slotted nozzles installed under collector feeders with the possibility of formation of an air-droplet jet.

EFFECT: wider technological capabilities, higher quality of operation, creation of a more compact design, easy to adjust the rate of working fluid consumption and process maintenance.
